Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after service application submit to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the return request should be submitted before start of our team activities on your project.

We’re committed to your success. If you’re not completely thrilled with your brand name, we’ll keep working until you are, or provide a Partial refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve considered your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
